Each honey comes from a different bee species and has its own character.
- Single-origin: you know the exact species, reserve, and harvest behind every jar.
- Natural and raw — never pasteurized.
- Multifloral — from wild flora, not monocultures.
- Free of agrochemicals (El Silencio) or with minimal exposure (Jardín), because the bees live in natural areas.
